Children's Privacy & COPPA Compliance

Designed so children can enjoy building a joyful town without ever sharing personal information.

1. No Personal Information Required from Children

In accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), HugIt.Town does not require children under 13 to provide any personal information (such as real name, email address, phone number, or home address) to play the Town Builder, unwrap sprites, or hear sayings.

  • Players can play as an automatic Guest (`Guest_...`) or use an imaginary Town Name (`Rainbow Valley`).
  • There is no public free-text chat between strangers; neighbor interactions use pre-set 639 Hz Hug blessings.

2. Honest Filtered AI Boundary for Young Players

Our 256 Oracle and Support Helper display a clear reminder across the site:
"This helper is a filtered AI. It is not a person and not your friend. Always check with a grown-up you trust."

3. Parental Rights (Review, Modify, or Delete)

If a parent or guardian believes their child has entered personal information into a Town Name or support ticket, please email support@hugit.town. We will promptly review and permanently delete or anonymize the record at your request.
